Extra devices billed at $25/device/month.
Our one-time support rate reflects the industry standard in Anchorage, Alaska for certified, reliable remote IT assistance. We offer same-day service options for urgent issues, and every session includes personalized help from a local technician.
One-time sessions: $95/hour and we charge in 15-minute chunks.
Emergency same-day sessions are available at $145/hour when schedule permits.

Support Agreement Overview
- Support is delivered via secure remote tools only.
- Sessions are scheduled by appointment and counted by active session, not total time.
- No support is guaranteed outside business hours unless you are a Business Elite subscriber.
- You may cancel your plan at any time; service will continue until the end of the paid billing cycle.
- Anchorage.Support reserves the right to suspend or decline service if abuse of policy or technician harassment occurs.
